Weekly Data Tracking (LC)

*Do this every week on the same day each week. (If we have not set a day of the week for Campaign Data Tracking, please contact me.)

  1. Log into Paperspace
  2. Go to Machines
  3. Click the settings cog and restart each Machine
  4. Once they're On/Ready, open Machine 1
  5. Track the leads as normal
    1. For help, refer to the Lead Tracking Workflow
  6. Then go to Hubspot Contacts
  7. Click All Saved Filters -> Leads
  8. Go to the Client's Message Testing Sheet and begin tracking data for the green rows.
  9. Copy the Target/Audience from the first one in green, then go to Hubspot and find all of the leads that came from that Target/Audience by adding a  LeadConnect Sequence Filter.
  10. Add up the number of leads that came from this Target/Audience and enter it into the corresponding Message Testing Sheet cell.
    1. Do this for each green campaign, from top to before moving on to the next step.
  11. Now we are going to gather the rest of the data from LeadConnect.
  12. Open the bookmarked LeadConnect page in a new tab -> Go to Sequence List
  13. Gather data for total invites sent and total accepted for each message sequence currently running. Use this info to update the Message Testing Sheet.
    1. Start at the top of the Message Testing Sheet once again, copy the name of the first Message/Audience, and search it in the LeadConnect Sequence List.
    2. Add up all TOTAL SENT for each Message/Audience and record that number in the Message Testing Sheet.
    3. Add up all TOTAL ACCEPTED for each Message/Audience and record that number in the Message Testing Sheet.
    4. Acceptance % is calculated automatically
    5. Message Conversion % is calculated automatically
    6. Overall Conversion % is calculated automatically
  14. Repeat this process for each client.
