Ulinc Setup & Management

Creating a Ulinc Account

  1. Client must be available and ready to receive LinkedIn’s verification code
  2. Go to https://ulinc.co/
  3. Add LinkedIn Account
  4. Enter client’s login credentials
  5. Wait 1-5 minutes for client to receive code
  6. Enter code
  7. Account should be created now, but if not try again.

Connector Campaign Setup

  1. Start by adjusting settings. Go to Accounts > Settings next to client’s account.
    • Set it to the client’s time zone
    • Set working hours from 5am to 10pm
    • If the client's account is new or unused, set Regular Connection Requests to 50, and Invite by Email to 500. Then increase by 10 regular and 100 by email each day. By the 5th day we will be at maximum.
    • Click “Update”
  2. Add your Prospects from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
    • Go to Sales Navigator & create a new search.
    • Go to Ulinc → Search → Start New Search → Click “Sales Navigator Search” → then Insert Sales Navigator search page URL → Add search to Task.
  3. Create your Connector Campaign.
    • While Search is importing, create a NEW Connector Campaign inside of Ulinc. 
    • Click on “Connector” → “New Connector Campaign” → Name it → “Create Connector Campaign”
  4. Add your Messaging Sequence into the new Connector Campaign. 
    • You should’ve already created this. Simply copy & paste it from your Messages document.
  5. Add all Prospects in your Connector Campaign.
    • Once you’ve created your Connector Campaign, adding your Messaging, and your search populates with all prospects, add ALL prospects to the Campaign.
    • Click “Add All NEW people to Connect Campaign” → Select the New Connector Campaign → Click “Add to Connector Campaign”.
  6. Set up InMail/Group sequence as well. (See setup instructions here.)
    1. Click Save.
  7. After 2 weeks, go to Task Queue > Upcoming Tasks > Check the 2x box
  8. Congrats! You’re all set! Your campaign should be live. Now, it’s time to book some appointments and close some deals! 

Appointment Setting & Lead Tracking

  1. Appointment setting via Ulinc is faster since you do not need Paperspace or a VPN. So start there.
  2. Open the first Connector Campaign to start the appointment setting.
  3. Filter by "Replied" and reply to prospects directly within the connector campaign People section.
    1. Remember to check and reply to all "Replied w/o Con"
  4. Add leads to the leads list as you go.
    1. Add date, Copy/paste the lead’s Name, LinkedIn URL, email address, sequence name
  5. Once complete, move on to the next Connector Campaign and repeat.
  6. *Make sure to do a final check directly inside the LinkedIn account to ensure all messages have been answered.
  7. After all the appointment setting, check the Lead sheet to see if there is anyone to follow up with, using Lead Nurturing 1 or 2. 
    1. Include Last Nurtured date for future reference.
  8. Note which leads have booked a call and update accordingly.

Data Gathering & Reporting

  1. Each week, update the A/B Testing Sheet and Weekly Reports
  2. Go to Ulinc
  3. Select the specific sequence
  4. Go to Stats tab
  5. Gather Connection Requests and Connected and enter into A/B Testing Sheet
  6. Go to the Leads Sheet and gather the total leads for each sequence and enter into A/B Sheet
    1. If client has many leads, use the "find" or "filter" function to help with the count
  7. Repeat for each running sequence.
  8. Weekly numbers can be found on the Ulinc Home page, and the Leads Sheet.
  9. Send weekly report to clients: Connections, Leads, Booked Calls, Link to Leads List, and any notes.

  1. Save final Connection List 
    1. Go to My Network tab
    2. Export
    3. Save in client’s Drive folder
  2. Delete Account from Ulinc (unsubscribe or X?)
