New User Setup
Instructions:
- Set your VPN to Los Angeles
- VPN Setup Guide
- Log Into Paperspace
- Download Paperspace (Use login credentials I provide separately.)
- Open up the Machine where this client is located.
- Open the client's Chrome use from the task bar.
- Open their LinkedIn page. Then Update their Banner, Headline, & Summary. (Find in Trello)
- Prepare their Message Testing Sheet (found in Trello).
- Insert messages from Outreach Messages (found in Trello).
- Prepare formulas.
- Bookmark Message Testing Sheet onto their own Chrome bookmarks bar for easy access.
Lead Connect Setup
Instructions:
- Download LeadConnect Chrome Extension
- Create an account using the login credentials for this client found here: Client Management Sheet
- Create message Templates
- Create a new Sequence
- Perform audience search in LinkedIn
- Paste this search URL into the LeadConnect Sequence
- Name the Sequence according to message (A, B, C, etc.) and the audience found on LinkedIn (Owners; Tech; CA; etc.).
- Update this in the Message Testing Sheet as well.
- Set up the messages & delay times
- Save Changes
- Repeat steps 4-9 for each Message/Audience Campaign.
- Go to Prospector Settings
- Under the Contact section, delete the properties that allow you to delete them.
- Add the property RDM Tracking
- Save and Override the Default
- Turn off weekly Updates
Sales Navigator Mastery
Hubspot Setup
Instructions:
- Go to Hubspot, and go to their Profile & Preferences
- Update their profile photo
- Change their notification preferences nothing but Export Emails
- Integrate with LeadConnect
- Create RDM Tracking: LinkedIn Lead, Call Booked, Maybe Later
- Change Contact Columns to: Name, Lifecycle Stage, LeadConnect Sequence, Phone, Email, Became A Lead Date, Create Date
- Create a Saved Filter called "Leads"
- Create a Saved Filter called "Email Prospects"
Going Live
Instructions:
- Click "Start" on all campaigns
- Check that the correct number of results are found
- Send me the We Are LIVE email w/ client's info already filled in.
