Watch The Training Videos Below On How To Setup Automation For A New Client With Lead Connect & Hubspot

New User Setup 

Instructions:
  1. Set your VPN to Los Angeles
    1. VPN Setup Guide
  2. Log Into Paperspace
    1. Download Paperspace (Use login credentials I provide separately.)
  3. Open up the Machine where this client is located. 
  4. Open the client's Chrome use from the task bar.
  5. Open their LinkedIn page. Then Update their Banner, Headline, & Summary. (Find in Trello)
  6. Prepare their Message Testing Sheet (found in Trello). 
    1. Insert messages from Outreach Messages (found in Trello).
    2. Prepare formulas.
    3. Bookmark Message Testing Sheet onto their own Chrome bookmarks bar for easy access.

Lead Connect Setup 

Instructions:

  1. Download LeadConnect Chrome Extension
  2. Create an account using the login credentials for this client found here: Client Management Sheet
  3. Create message Templates
  4. Create a new Sequence
  5. Perform audience search in LinkedIn
  6. Paste this search URL into the LeadConnect Sequence
  7. Name the Sequence according to message (A, B, C, etc.) and the audience found on LinkedIn (Owners; Tech; CA; etc.).
    1. Update this in the Message Testing Sheet as well.
  8. Set up the messages & delay times
  9. Save Changes
  10. Repeat steps 4-9 for each Message/Audience Campaign.
  11. Go to Prospector Settings
    1. Under the Contact section, delete the properties that allow you to delete them.
    2. Add the property RDM Tracking
    3. Save and Override the Default
  12. Turn off weekly Updates

Hubspot Setup


Instructions:

  1. Go to Hubspot, and go to their Profile & Preferences
  2. Update their profile photo
  3. Change their notification preferences nothing but Export Emails
  4. Integrate with LeadConnect
  5. Create RDM Tracking: LinkedIn Lead, Call Booked, Maybe Later
  6. Change Contact Columns to: Name, Lifecycle Stage, LeadConnect Sequence, Phone, Email, Became A Lead Date, Create Date
  7. Create a Saved Filter called "Leads"
  8. Create a Saved Filter called "Email Prospects"

Going Live

Instructions:

  1. Click "Start" on all campaigns
  2. Check that the correct number of results are found
  3. Send me the We Are LIVE email w/ client's info already filled in.
