  1. Things we need open:
    1. Client’s Questionnaire response (Airtable > Active Clients)
    2. Client’s SS notes (Airtable)
    3. Any additional materials the client has sent (CLIENT folder)
    4. Client’s Li About & Headline document (CLIENT folder)
    5. ChatGPT Commands Template
    6. Word Count document
    7. ChatGPT
  2. (Optional) Add any relevant info from the SS Notes to the client’s Onboarding Response in Airtable
  3. Copy/paste the ChatGPT prompt #1 into a new ChatGPT chat.
    1. Fill out all information using the Questionnaire Response, comments and SS Notes.
    2. You can also ask ChatGPT to scan websites and photos if needed
    3. The more information we input the better for this stage
    4. Enter
  4. Copy/paste the ChatGPT Prompt #2.
    1. Fill in the blanks with the Client’s name, business name, and/or program name. Whatever makes sense.
    2. Enter
  5. From here it’s all about editing for details. Here’s what to look out for:
    1. Don’t use terms like, "like you.”
    2. Add some emojis if the clients don’t mind that, but not overkill
    3. If the copy sounds very generic, ask ChatGPT to be more specific with the language, or talk about the science, or use more specifics, or use more powerful language, or make the client stand out, use what makes them unique, etc.
  6. Copy/paste the About copy from ChatGPT into the Word Count doc to check for character count.
    1. Edit within this document until it is good to go before pasting it into the client’s official About section document.
  7. If you are not satisfied with what ChatGPT is coming up with on it’s own, use prompt #3.
  8. I suggest using our template version of the “How to reach me” as it’s the most clear & concise.
  9. Headline: Use the ChatGPT prompt in the template and be creative. 🙂
  10. Please label the chat as the Client's name for easier future access.
  11. Once final product is completed, send this to Amanda with the hyperlink to the completed About section:
