Loom Appointment Setting

This resource shows you how to reply to prospects who want to book a call or have questions. Watch video walkthrough:

What You’ll Need:

  • Access to the Gmail account(s)
  • Access to a VPN server with a non blacklisted IP
  • Access to client's Library of responses

Steps:

  1. Open your VPN and connect to the specified server
  2. Open the Gmail account and check the inbox for any positive replies from prospects
    1. IF prospect wants to book a call, hit reply and use the client's Library to respond. Make sure to make small adjustments as needed to make sure the response makes sense.
    2. If the prospect has questions and you don’t know the answers, ask the client what they would say, then send the response, and make a note of what they’re said for next time. 
  3. After replying to an engaged prospect, add them to the label ‘lead’.

Lead Nurturing:

  1. If the prospect books a call, move them to the "booked" label.
  2. If the prospect doesn't book a call and does not reply to the lead nurturing after a couple attempts, move to "not interested" label.
