4. Loom Follow-Up Workflow
Loom Follow-Up Workflow
This resource shows you how to follow up on prospects you’ve already emailed. Watch video walkthrough:
What You’ll Need:
- Access to client's cold Gmail account(s)
- Copy for follow-up emails
- Access to a VPN server with a non blacklisted IP
Steps:
- If necessary, open your VPN and connect to the specified server
- Open Gmail and go to the desired account
- Start by clicking on the ‘Main’ label in the email account
- Scroll to find the emails sent more than 2-3 days ago
- Work through and send each ‘older’ prospect in this label ‘FUP1’
- In the ‘Main’ label, then select all followed up on prospects and drag them to ‘FUP1’ label
- If there are no prospects in the Main label older than 2-3 days, check FUP1
- If there are prospects ‘older’ than 2-3 days in FUP1, send them FUP2 and drag them into the FUP2 label. If there are no ‘old’ prospects in Main or FUP1, then check FUP2 and send (note we only want to send FUP3 to prospects that have been in FUP for at least 4-5 days)
Email Volume: We can send a maximum of 20 follow-up emails per day, per account. Aim to send 10 early in the day and 10 later in the day (at least 6 hours apart). Don’t send 20 in one go. Make sure you are following up with prospects at an appropriate time (e.g. their working hours).
NOTE: If you are sending from multiple accounts, make sure you rotate sending. This means sending one email from the first account, then the next from the second, and the one after that from the third, working your way back to the first. This is very important.
NOTE: Be sure to keep all your prospects labelled and organized..
NOTE: When sending follow-up emails, just reply to the existing email chain, don’t make a new one.
