3. Loom Sending Workflow
Loom Sending Workflow
his resource shows you how to send Looms. (Sorry for audio quality. lol It gets better at about 3 minutes in.)
What You’ll Need:
- Access to cold the clients Gmail account(s)
- Pre-recorded Looms linked and ready to send
- Access to a VPN server with a non blacklisted IP
Steps:
- Open your VPN and connect to the specified server
- Open Gmail and go to the desired account
- Click ‘Compose’
- Enter the email of the prospect (if multiple emails, separate them with a comma - [,])
- Click the 3 dots on the draft email (see bottom right)
- Hover over ‘templates’ and click ‘Question for You’
- Change the subject line to ‘Question for (their full name)’
- Proceed to edit the copy to change the name, business & loom link of the email
- When the Loom link is entered, you’ll see a preview, click, scroll and select size ‘best fit’
- Hit send and move on to the next email
- Once you’ve sent your emails, go to the ‘sent’ folder and select all the recently sent emails. Drag them into the ‘Main’ label on the left hand column of the Gmail account.
Email Volume: You should never send more than 10 cold Loom emails per day, per account. (e.g. if you have 4 accounts, you’ll send 40/day from 4 different accounts)
NOTE: If you are sending from multiple accounts, make sure you rotate sending. This means sending one email from the first account, then the next from the second, and the one after that from the third, working your way back to the first. This is very important.
