Canceling A Client
When a client confirms that they no longer wish to continue their monthly subscription, complete these steps:
- Go to Payfunnels and locate their subscription.
- Make note of their final day on your calendar.
- Cancel their Payfunnels subscription.
- Let the client know you've done this so they can feel assured.
- On their final day. go to Trello and Archive their card.
- The Account Manager will complete the cancellation tasks.
- Once the cancellation tasks are completed, you will receive a Slack message confirmation.
- You and the client will also receive a close-out email.
