Canceling A Client

When a client confirms that they no longer wish to continue their monthly subscription, complete these steps:

  1. Go to Payfunnels and locate their subscription.
  2. Make note of their final day on your calendar.
  3. Cancel their Payfunnels subscription.
  4. Let the client know you've done this so they can feel assured.
  5. On their final day. go to Trello and Archive their card.
  6. The Account Manager will complete the cancellation tasks.
  7. Once the cancellation tasks are completed, you will receive a Slack message confirmation.
  8. You and the client will also receive a close-out email.
