New Client Initial Setup

Before the Call: 

  1. Prospect books Strategy Call.
  2. They pay via Payfunnels.
  3. They get an automated Thank You / Welcome Email.
  4. You sign the automated Agreement.
  5. They Sign the Agreement.
  6. They schedule their Onboarding Call.
  7. They complete the Onboarding Call Questionnaire.
  8. 30 minutes before the call, you add them to Trello and start going through the Initial Setup checklist.

Onboarding Call: 

  1. Meet & Establish Trust
  2. Ask any questions you have about their responses.
  3. Make sure they're speaking from their clients perspective in responses to, "what does your client want and what are they struggling with?"
  4. Create user in Paperspace & pin to taskbar.
  5. Log into LinkedIn.
  6. Log into or create Hubspot account.
  7. What Calendar booking tool do they use?
    1. Calendly - We need API key
    2. Other - We need login info
  8. If they have Calendly, ask them to upgrade to Premium OR tell us manually.
  9. Answer any questions the client may have
  10. Explain the next steps.
  11. After call, invite them to Slack & complete Initial Onboarding tasks.
  12. Confirm with them that it's okay if we like 5-10 random LinkedIn posts on their behalf, for the first 7 days, to start gaining organic activity momentum. (This helps with LinkedIn's SSI score, which helps the campaign overall.)

After the Call:

  1. Follow the steps in the Trello "Initial Setup" checklist.
  2. Make sure to move the Client's card to the Onboarding List.
