New Client Initial Setup
Before the Call:
- Prospect books Strategy Call.
- They pay via Payfunnels.
- They get an automated Thank You / Welcome Email.
- You sign the automated Agreement.
- They Sign the Agreement.
- They schedule their Onboarding Call.
- They complete the Onboarding Call Questionnaire.
- 30 minutes before the call, you add them to Trello and start going through the Initial Setup checklist.
Onboarding Call:
- Meet & Establish Trust
- Ask any questions you have about their responses.
- Make sure they're speaking from their clients perspective in responses to, "what does your client want and what are they struggling with?"
- Create user in Paperspace & pin to taskbar.
- Log into LinkedIn.
- Log into or create Hubspot account.
- What Calendar booking tool do they use?
- Calendly - We need API key
- Other - We need login info
- If they have Calendly, ask them to upgrade to Premium OR tell us manually.
- Answer any questions the client may have
- Explain the next steps.
- After call, invite them to Slack & complete Initial Onboarding tasks.
- Confirm with them that it's okay if we like 5-10 random LinkedIn posts on their behalf, for the first 7 days, to start gaining organic activity momentum. (This helps with LinkedIn's SSI score, which helps the campaign overall.)
After the Call:
- Follow the steps in the Trello "Initial Setup" checklist.
- Make sure to move the Client's card to the Onboarding List.
