Payment Made - Wait for them to submit this before sending the Agreement.

Agreement Sent - Open up the Agreement Template in the CLIENTS Folder. Make a copy and save it in the new client's folder and customize the Agreement. Then send it to the client using DocuSign.

G-Drive Shared - Right click the client's folder and click Share > change sharing settings to Anyone can Edit. Then go to Trello and attach the folder to their Card.

Agreement Signed - Once the agreement is signed, you can set them up on Slack.

Set Up On Slack - Create a Private Channel in the clients name. Invite the client as a guest, and add them to their channel. Also invite the team to the channel so we can all collaborate.

Card In The Mail - Send hand-written card to the client.

Questionnaire Sent - Go to the CLIENTS folder and open the Questionnaire (google form. Grab the link by clicking "Send" and then the link icon. Go to the Email Templates folder, open the questionnaire email doc, and copy the message. Past it in the Slack channel. Then replace the [LINK] with the link from the Questionnaire form. Send to client.

Added To Client Management Sheet - Gather client data from their Strategy Session doc and their Questionnaire

Questionnaire & Templates Reviewed - Once the client submits their questionnaire, make sure you review it and gather any info that is missing or unclear.

User created in Paperspace w/ Li & HS logged in - Open up the Machine which has the least amount of clients currently in it. Create a new Chrome user for the new client. Log into their LinkedIn account and bookmark the home page in the bookmarks bar. Create/log in to their Hubspot account and bookmark the Contacts page to the bookmark bar.

Lead Conversion Training Access Sent - From the Email Templates folder, send them the Lead Conversion Training access message.

Grant Access - You should be notified via the Wix app that someone requested access. Review the notification and make sure it's the client and not someone random. Grant the access and let them know in Slack that they now can log in.
