Initial Automation Setup (Month 1)

*This process should be executed along with the New Client Automation Setup.

  1. Prepare the Client's Email Prospects Google Sheet
  2. Create Zap - Click Here to see LC to G-Sheet setup.
    1. You will need to copy Webhook from Zapier, paste it into LC integrations, send test data, and click Save in LC.
  3. Add Step 5: Woodpecker to all running LC campaigns
    1. Set it to 30-days later
  4. Go to the Integrations tab in LC.
    1. Replace the webhook with https://www.abc.com
    2. Save
  5. Check over GSheet and make sure Joey Tribbiani got successfully pushed to the sheet.
    1. Then reset Joey's row to black text & white background
  6. Done!

 WP Setup (Month 3)

*This process should be executed upon the Client's 2nd month renewal.

  1. Ask the client if they are ready to start the email campaign.
    1. Use part 1 from Email Templates: Initial WP Setup
    2. Wait for reply 
  2. Then have the Client set up Woodpecker on their end. Have them use my special link and the instructions video.
    1. Use part 2 from Email Templates: Initial WP Setup
    2. Wait for them to finish setting this up before moving to the next stage.
    3. Once they give us the username/password, add it to the Client Management Sheet
    4. Check their Deliverabiliy in Woodpecker.
    5. Set Sending Limit to 100 per day, between 30 and 600 seconds.  
  3. Commence copywiting
    1. Have the client approve the copy before moving to the next stage.
  4. From the Client's Chrome user in Paperspace, go to woodpecker.co and log into the client's WP account. 
    1. Make sure that the email account is set up properly.
  5. Bookmark the WP Campaigns page to the client's bookmark bar.
  6. Once client has approved the email copy, create the campaign in Woodpecker
    1. Set Email #1 to best sent out on all days, between 5am and 5pm.
    2. Set Email #2 to be sent out 2 days later.
    3. Set Email #3 to be sent out 4 days later.
    4. Set Email #4 to be sent out 4 days later.
  7. Set the campaign to send up to 50 emails per day. 
  8. Import the prospects from the Client's Email Drip Prospects Sheet.
    1. Ignore or Update? - Ignore.
  9. Activate the email campaign!
  10. Now you need to set up the LC -> WP automation. To do this, simply swap out the GSheet step in Zapier with WP. 
    1. To do this, you will need the API key from the Client's WP account. This is found in Settings > Integrations > API Keys
  11. Click Here to see LC to WP setup.
  12. Once completed, move the Client's Trello card to the WP Campaign Is LIVE! list.
  13. Send the WP Campaign Is LIVE email to the Client.
  14. Done!
