Trello For Copywriters

Overview:

• Trello is where the Rush Digital Marketing team manages client projects.
• As the Copywriter, make sure you "Watch" the Copywriting and Copy Adjustments Required lists. This way you will get email notifications when changes are made to anything within those lists. :)
  • Take note when a new card is Moved to the Copywriting list. This is how you will know you have a new client who needs copywriting.
  • Take note when a new card is Moved to the Copy Adjustments Required list. This is how you will know you have a new client who needs their message copy adjusted.
  • Take note when a card is Moved out of these lists. This is how you will know your job is complete for this client.
  • You will receive notifications if I comment on a card in either of these lists. Please read these!
  • You can comment as well, and I will be notified.
• I recommend setting notifications to "Periodically" so you don't get too many notifications.
