General steps & tips for reference:

  1. Read through the Onboarding Questionnaire of the client to gain an understanding of their business and the ideal client they want to attract.
  2. Use the Client's Outreach Messages Template (provided in Trello) to write out the sequence.
  3. *There is a 140 max character limit for the connection request. (Aka: invite message.)
  4. *Try keeping the TY and Follow-Up messages around 375-850 long.
  5.  When we are dealing with cold outreach messaging, the less words we can use to really pack a punch and deliver the message, the more powerful it will be.
  6. Tips:
    1. We want to start a conversation. Keep it casual!
    2. We want the message to seem customized, using their name more than once helps give it a custom feel.
    3. Use "desired situations" to get people interested.
    4. Hitting pain points can make the message even more powerful.
    5. Use what you know about the ideal target audience to further customize the message.
